This policy explains what information BookingsBack collects when you visit bookingsback.com or book a call with us, and how we use and protect that information. If you have questions, email contact@bookingsback.com.
What we collect
When you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the information requested in the booking form, such as your name, email, business context, software, and appointment-prep notes. This information is used to schedule and prepare for the call.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity may record session behavior such as page views, clicks, scrolling, and device/browser information to help us improve the site. Sensitive form input should not be intentionally collected through analytics.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking on this site.
How we use it
Booking information is used to confirm your appointment, send reminders, prepare for the call, and follow up after the call. We do not sell, rent, or share booking information with third parties for their own marketing.
Clarity analytics inform our design decisions. Aggregated data is not joined with personal information.
Client engagements
When you become a client, we operate campaigns inside your account on your platforms (your CRM, your email/SMS provider, your booking system). We do not export, copy, or resell your patient or client database. Where engagements involve protected health information (PHI), we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any data integration begins.
Data retention
Booking information is retained inside Calendly for as long as our account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@bookingsback.com. Clarity session data is retained per Microsoft Clarity's default retention policy.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or opt out of any future communication by emailing contact@bookingsback.com. We respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
