These terms govern your use of bookingsback.com and any engagement with BookingsBack. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
The site and our services
BookingsBack provides done-for-you reactivation campaigns for appointment-based businesses. Site content is informational and does not constitute a contractual offer. Engagements begin only when both parties countersign a written services agreement.
Reply/request guarantee
Our public reply/request guarantee applies only to active sprint engagements with a countersigned agreement. The exact threshold and remedy are stated in your agreement. We do not guarantee booked appointments, show rate, treatment acceptance, optical purchases, weight-loss outcomes, clinical outcomes, or revenue, because those depend on factors we do not control.
Cancellation and refunds
Sprint engagements are one-time and non-refundable once campaigns have been launched. Ongoing retainer engagements are month-to-month with 30 days written notice. Pre-launch cancellations are refunded pro rata for work not yet performed.
Client responsibilities
You retain final approval over all messaging sent on your behalf. You are responsible for confirming that you have the legal right to contact your patient or client database, including any required consent under TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, state privacy laws, or applicable healthcare-marketing rules in your jurisdiction. We provide compliance-aware workflow support and messaging drafts; we do not provide legal advice.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy, brand identity, and visual design, is property of BookingsBack. Campaign templates and SOPs created during your engagement are licensed to you for ongoing use, including if you take operations in-house at the end of the engagement.
Limitations
BookingsBack is provided on an as-is basis. Our maximum liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Updates
These terms may change. The effective date reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.
